Spiritual Inquiry With Discernment โ€” Question Everything, Including What Sounds Good

The essay

You know what's funny? People encourage you to question everything until you start questioning what THEY believe. Then suddenly you're the problem. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿคฃ I've never been comfortable accepting something as truth just because somebody quoted scripture, had a religious title, or claimed God told them something. I've explored the Bible, Neville Goddard, Hermetic philosophy, the Law of One, metaphysics, and different perspectives on consciousness and God. Some teachings made perfect sense to me. Others challenged what I thought I knew, and some left me with more questions than answers. But I've learned something important: just because something sounds good doesn't make it true, and just because something challenges my beliefs doesn't make it wrong. I believe God gave us intelligence, curiosity, intuition, and the ability to reason for a purpose. To me, faith doesn't mean turning off my brain. It means trusting my relationship with God enough to explore what I don't understand. And sometimes I'm not questioning God at all. I'm questioning what people have taught us about God.

Over time, I've learned to separate what I know, what I believe, and what I'm still trying to understand. I research the history behind teachings, compare different perspectives, and pay attention to how those ideas apply to everyday life. I've also learned that my own understanding can change as I grow, and I'm comfortable with that. I don't have to agree with everything someone teaches to recognize wisdom in part of it. That's the foundation of DEEMYX PrayerIQ. I'm sharing my spiritual journey and what I've learned, not creating a religion or asking anyone to follow my beliefs.

Through DEEMYX, I want to encourage people to think independently, explore different perspectives, and recognize the difference between facts, interpretations, and personal experiences. The practical lesson is simple: learn where an idea came from, consider the evidence, notice how it affects your life, and give yourself permission to disagree. Keep what helps you grow, continue exploring what you don't understand, and leave behind what doesn't align with your values. You can have faith without having every answer, and you can change your mind without losing your relationship with God. That's what I want people to understand through PrayerIQ. You are safe here. ๐Ÿฆ‹
